Sometimes you really want to answer someone in a heated argument with half-familiar or completely unfamiliar people. You have things to say, enough to defend your point of view, and you have almost started typing a reply. But if you ask yourself a few simple questions, the urge to announce your opinion disappears at once:
- What do I gain by convincing someone?
- Is it worth the time?
- What if I am wrong?
